By accessing or using our website www.johnnysokodigital.com and our design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide branding, web design, and related creative services.
Details of each project, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all required content (e.g., logos, copy, images) by the agreed deadlines.

• Review and approve design drafts promptly.

• Respond to communication in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.

Delays in feedback or content delivery may extend project timelines and could result in additional charges.

 

3. Payment Terms

• A minimum of 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book and commence your project.

• Final payment is due upon project completion, before final files or website access are delivered.

• Late payments may incur a 10% late fee per month overdue.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables transfers to you.

• We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing (with a fees negotiation).

• Unused concepts, designs, and drafts remain the intellectual property of Johnysoko Digital.

5. Revisions

We offer three rounds of revisions per project phase. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed at an hourly rate of 800 INR unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the project in writing.
If you cancel after the project has started, all completed work will be billed at the hourly rate, and deposits are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

• The client becomes unresponsive for more than [number] days.

• Communication becomes abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate.

7. Website Launch and Handover

• Final website files or site access will be transferred once full payment has been received.

• Post-launch maintenance, updates, or additional work are not included unless specified in the project agreement.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we take great care to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific business results (e.g., increased sales, traffic).

• Website performance on third-party platforms or devices outside our control.

All services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Johnnysoko Digital Design Pvt. Ltd be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mumbai/ Maharashtra and applicable federal laws of India.

 

12. Operational Address
